Please read these terms & conditions carefully before using the services as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. These terms may be revised or changed periodically. In the event of any changes you will be announced on our Website and / or informed by e-mail. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
General
The Fruitman.co.uk is a website provided for Independant Greengrocers. All goods purchased through this website are purchased from the Greengrocers and not from The Fruitman.co.uk.
Availablity
Although our Greengrocers will make every effort to supply the exact produce as seen on the website, there may be occasion where this is not possible. On such occasions the Greengrocer reserves the right to replace the produce with a similar replacement.
On occasions where similar produce is not available please arrange any refund directly with the greengrocer.
Payment
Payment is by cash on delivery only .
Delivery
Your produce will be delivered on the day you select. The Fruitman.co.uk accepts no responsibilty for lateness of delivery. If you have a late / missing delivery please contact the Greengrocer directly to make other arrangements.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about any of your produce, please make this direct to the Greengrocer within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of the goods we can't accept any complaints after this period of time.
If after every effort has been made to resolve a complaint with your Greengrocer and you are still not satisfied then e-mail us at complaints@thefruitman.co.uk and we will endeavor to get it resolved.
Liability
TheFruitman.co.uk will not be held liable in contract, tort, or any other representation for the following: economic losses, loss of goodwill or reputation, any special indirect or consequential losses.
TheFruitman assume no liabilities for any viruses, disabling features, or incompatibility caused to or by the equipment used in connection to our site.
TheFruitman assume no liabilities for any delays or failures you may experience in connection to our site.
TheFruitman assume no liabilities for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuance of our services. |
